This last Saturday was 24 Hour Comic Day, and going against my better judgment, I chose to participate.

Not being a cartoonist, I found the process to be excruciating at times, even though the characters I was drawing were only slightly more detailed than the standard issue stick figure. The pressure of drawing 24 pages in such a short period of time seemed impossible, ad the whole time I wanted to quit.

Unfortunately, I was not able to finish the comic in the 24 hours that made up October 20th, but I did finish the story and pencils within 24 hours of starting, so I consider it a success.

I’d like to share the comic, but I’d prefer to finish the inking first. I know this may break some 24HCD rule, but some rules need to be broken.
