ComicScout adds RSS feeds, becomes coolest site ever

ComicScout, my choice for tracking interesting weekly releases, has added RSS feeds to each user’s profile, thus taking this site from “cool” to “totally fucking rad.”

I blogged a while ago that ComicScout’s system of tracking releases by creators instead of title or character was a stroke of genius but that having to visit the site every week could be a bit of a pain. It just so happened that ComicScout founder Jon Plante found that post and remarked that RSS feeds would hurt the community element of the site. But it would seem that Jon has had a change of heart and now users can have their weekly pull lists plopped into their RSS reader. This is flippin’ sweet.

The best comics tracking site just got better. Check it out!

I’ve seen the light! You can’t force community (unless you’re Vladimir Lenin). The users who don’t want to participate aren’t going to come back anyway. Glad you like the new feature.
