Giant-Sized Link Pull List: 10/4

Sorry for no posts lately. I’ve been busy with other projects and I’ve started to substitute teach on the side. Of course, I still have been hording cool links the whole time. Here they are.

Comics Should Be Good!: The countdown wraps up with Marvel characters #25-#21, #20-#16, #15-#11, #10-#6, #5 The Thing, #4 Dr. Doom, #3 Daredevil, #2 Captain America and #1 Spider-man; and DC characters #25-#21, #20-#16, #15-#11, #10-#6, #5 The Joker, #4 Hal Jordan, #3 The Flash, #2 Superman and #1 Batman. And those that almost made it Captain Marvel and Deadshot. Also, was Dazzler ahead of her time? Love those phone books. More and more comic book urban legends revealed. Proof that comics love witches (and hate doctors). And Batman keeps his hands to himself.

BeaucoupKevin: This is your Cap on drugs. The invention of lolbats? The Goddamn Batman Goddamn Desktop!

Occasional Superheroine: “101 Things I Hate About DC.” An account of Mike Wieringo’s wake. Review of Penance, and the Goddamn Batman’s guide to getting it on. A series with the Question and Batwoman? Cool! But who are these “Daughters of Lilith” I’m hearing about?

Chris’ Invincible Super-Blog:  A great moment in t-shirt history, Matt Murdock vs Phoenix Wright, and Chris takes on Previews.

Again With the Comics: The secret origin of AIDS: Shadowhawk in 1963.

Everyday is Like Wednesday: Rex the Wonder Dog can do more than you, Superman: Doomsday kinda sucks but there is one good thing about it, what the super pets are up to, and an intro to Cooke’s Spirit.

Newsarama: Demo rights convert back to Brian Wood, presidental candidates and their superhero counterparts, and is Greg Horn a bad cheesecake artist?
Dick May or May Not Read Your Blog: The art of Liefeld: The New Mutant Years.

Todd Klein: A look at X-Men logos, part 1 and part 2.

Mike Sterling’s Progressive Ruin: How to get people to buy unfinished products. A multitude of wonderful panels.
